Magic Oxygen Literary Prize

I'm really exited and surprised to say I've been shortlisted for the Magic Oxygen Literary Prize for one of my poems, The Loneliness of the Drunk Mathematician. Magic Oxygen are planting a tree in Bore, Kenya for every entry into the competition, creating a Word Forest and hopefully helping the local community. The winners will be announced in February at the Lyme Regis Literary Festival. 

It hasn't been lost on several of my friends that the word "Lyme" has slightly haunted me over the years, as I had Lyme Disease as a student and then suspected Lyme Disease a second time. Hopefully, this time, the word will bring me more luck!
